Numerical Analysis

The goal of this project is to lay out a series of small bite-sized lessions roughly following what would be covered in an graduate course on numerical analysis. The primary text I'll be following is Numerical Analysis, 2nd edition by Walter Gautschi, covering approximation, interpolation, numerical differentiation and integration, nonlinear equations and systems, and numerical solutions of ODEs (chapters 2-6).
